Her escape, her subsequent actions, and her confrontation with the Lumina Cell in Celestia make her one of the more significant figures the cell has encountered to date.
Imprisonment and Escape
Lady Innocencia was held in the Sanctum of Purity's prison cells under the name "Liora" — a carefully maintained cover that gave no indication of her true nature. On the night of the 29th of Seraphel's Zenith, 587 LE, she escaped through magical compulsion of a Conclave member, who freed her from her cell. Upon escaping, she revealed her true form — that of an archdevil — before disappearing.
The incident triggered a full security review of the Sanctum's detention protocols and the reassignment of Rost Zhae'Khaezryn, who was on guard duty that night.
