Tel'Vorath was an ancient silver dragon whose remains rest in the Dragonspire Mountains. Over the centuries, his heart crystallised into a potent magical artefact — the Heart of Tel'Vorath. His descendant Elandrial guards the site and gifted the heart to the Lumina Cell upon their meeting.
