Elandrial is a silver dragon encountered by the Lumina Cell in the Dragonspire Mountains. He is the descendant of Tel'Vorath, an ancient silver dragon whose bones rest in the mountains. Upon meeting the cell, Elandrial gifted them the Heart of Tel'Vorath and offered his friendship.
